Elim

The Elim wine route is one of the newest coastal wine regions in South Africa and wine connoisseurs around the world are keeping a close eye on the progress of the wine producers in the valley. Elim was established by German missionaries as a Moravian Mission Station back in the day. When you visit the picturesque town you will find a village filled with thatched, whitewashed cottages. All roads in the village leading to the church.
