This month Spit or Swallow will lure you to join the food flies at the Five Flies for a fly time! One lucky fly can win an amazing dinner for 2 at Cape Town’s famous Five Flies Restaurant and experience their simple, yet racy food.
Search for your favourite Wine Estate in South Africa and tell us on their profile page why they are the best. All reviews will go into a draw and the winner will be picked randomly. 
Remember to state in your review that it’s your favourite estate in order for us to know that you are entering the competition.
The prize will consist out of a two course meal for 2 people and
can be redeemed on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday night.
