Well done Saronsberg for winning the 2010 Shiraz Challenge! Dewald you rock!

I love the Shiraz 2006 and the Full Circle 2007. I think that there prices are a little too high.

I love this stylish farm and the amazing art collection. The only gripe is that there is no catelogue for the art works, not even online. The Saronsberg Shiraz 2006 could be the finest shiraz I’ve had in a while and the Full Circle 2007 is magnificent.

What great experience visiting this place. As you walk in the buildings are modern in contrast to the historic surroundings. The gardens have sculptures and the tasting room is an art gallery with a grand piano. The wines are the best wines we tasted in Tulbagh. They have two red blends, each with completely different cultivars and their Shiraz was also something I could drink regularly.

good setting and wines are also fantastic not all estate wine and grapes are bought from various sources. Great blends

Stunning architectural features combined with excellent wines and great hospitality, Saronsberg provided us with a truly memorable experience. We were lucky enough to sit down for a quick chat with the Winemaker, Dewald Heyns who won the Old Mutual Wine Trophy for his Pro’venance Rooi 2006 (Best red blend Bordeaux style)

Saronsbergs contemporary and forward thinking approach to the Wine Industry truly elevates it above the other Wine farms in the region. Well done Dewald.

The cellar has a chilly modern structural design and they house a very peculiar art collection. The available wines were good enough but sadly, the woman in the tasting centre had no concern in her guests.

a very Architect design and place, art gallery is well done, the wines we’re very good, but just sad to find out that the Provenance red 2005 was all sold out so none to taste!

Nice setting but we found it to be too modern and it will soon loose the attraction. We preferred their Provonace range and felt the Saronsberg wine slightly over priced.

Very sophisticated with their art gallery. Unfortunately there was only a small selection of their wines to taste. I would definitely put their rose at the top of my favourite list. Found all their wines very good

Loved the architecture, art and wine. A bit sophisticated but hell why not. This wine farm really add a great dimension to the Tulbagh route.
